By engaging with Lux Coaches for coaching services, you acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or legal advice. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, please consult with them before beginning coaching services.
Payment for coaching services is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests should be made through your preferred contact method.
All content on the Lux Coaches website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lux Coaches or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You agree that you will not use the Lux Coaches website or services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You further agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.
